The Association dredged this year for a 2 week period. We contracted with the Town of Sandy Creek and they Contracted with Bob Coffin. We made a lot of headway in getting the sand pulled back on the south spit, and placed back on the beach to build up the barrier beach. The wider channel will hopefully allow better water flow over the winter, and we dredged inside the pond. We also had a wind storm come up after the dredge project and filled in where we had already dredged. Thank you to all who helped put this project together quickly. Hopefully we can get our permits changed to dredge first thing in the spring.
